Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Define and drive the overall business strategy to grow our service portfolio.

  • Operations Management: Ensure high efficiency, service quality, compliance and delivery excellence across all accounts.
  • Financial Stewardship: Oversee profit and loss, budgeting and investments ensuring sustainable profitability.

  • Governance & Partnership: Collaborate with other partners ensuring transparent reporting and upholding governance standards.

Minimum Qualifications & Skills
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in business process outsourcing contact center customer experience or related industries.
  • Strong record in scaling operations client acquisition and managing service delivery.
  • Expertise in profit and loss management business expansion and capital allocation.
  • Familiarity with AI automation chat voice bots CRM/LMS solutions and digital-first operations.
  • Excellent interpersonal negotiation and leadership skills.
