As an Invoicing Specialist, you play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy by ensuring timely and precise invoicing. You will prepare and issue invoices to customers, meeting delivery timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and issue invoices to clients
  • Meet invoice delivery deadlines
  • Enter invoices into customer web portals
  • Submit invoices electronically
  • Understand invoicing specifics for each account
  • Verify each field on invoices before submission
  • Ensure supporting documents are attached and updated in the accounting system
  • Maintain invoice submission records and customer process files
  • Collaborate with payroll and invoicing teams to streamline the process
  • Send statements of accounts to clients
  • Reconcile self-billed cases with approved timesheets
  • Handle invoice rejections, credits, and rebills
  • Maintain standard operating procedures for invoicing
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of relevant invoicing experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical and process knowledge
  • Good understanding of accounting principles
