Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled financial professional to manage the financial operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Accurate Invoicing: Accurately invoice customers by working closely with sales support teams to ensure timely and efficient invoicing processes.
  • Customer Queries: Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding accounts and billing queries, providing clear and concise information to resolve issues.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor customer deposits and deferred revenue to ensure accurate cash flow management and minimize potential losses.
  • Reconciliation: Reconcile trade debtors and creditors on a monthly basis, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial records.
  • Bank Statement Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements in Xero for all bank accounts and credit cards, identifying any discrepancies or errors.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist with month-end closing journal entries and preparation of year-end financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Contractor Invoicing: Review and process contractors' invoices and payroll manual journal entries, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.

Requirements: 2-7 years of work experience in finance and accounting, hybrid work opportunity, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
