Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Analyst to verify hotel listings across multiple meta-search platforms and ensure the accuracy of pricing and availability information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify hotel listings on various meta-search websites for accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify and report discrepancies in pricing, availability, and listing details to ensure data consistency.
  • Simulate online bookings to confirm that prices shown on meta-search platforms match actual booking prices.
  • Manage large volumes of checks with high accuracy and consistency while working at a fast pace.
  • Maintain organized reports of findings using Microsoft Excel or similar tools.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate a strong eye for detail and accuracy in reviewing hotel listings.
  • Show excellent internet navigation and research skills to efficiently verify data.
  • Harness prior experience in booking hotels/flights online to leverage existing knowledge.
  • Demonstrate very good typing speed, preferably with a background in DTP (Desktop Publishing) or similar roles requiring fast, accurate input.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel is an advantage for maintaining reports and data analysis.
  • Show ability to handle repetitive, high-volume tasks with both speed and precision.
