We are seeking a seasoned Family Law Attorney to join our esteemed legal team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India.

About the Role

This attorney will be responsible for representing clients in family law cases, attending court hearings, providing expert legal advice, drafting critical legal documents, negotiating settlements, and conducting comprehensive legal research. The role also involves client consultations and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of current laws and regulations relevant to family law.

Responsibilities
  • Represent clients in family law cases before the Supreme Court of India
  • Attend court hearings, provide expert testimony, and draft legal documents
  • Negotiate settlements and mediate disputes between parties
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to inform legal decisions
  • Provide exceptional client service, ensuring complete satisfaction and trust
  • Maintain strong working relationships with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders
Requirements
  • Prior experience in Family Law, including litigation and advisory services
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas
  • Ability to empathize with clients and understand their unique needs
  • Sound knowledge of current laws and regulations related to family law in India
  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution; a Master's degree is highly desirable
  • Membership in the Bar Council of India
