Job Title: Policy Management Specialist Job Description:

As a Policy Management Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting underwriters and policy administration teams. Your primary responsibilities include issuing policy documents, managing non-renewals, generating policy numbers, and communicating with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directly support underwriters/DAMs in Policy Administration
  • Issue policy documents for insured clients
  • Sending conditional/non-renewal policy documents to clients
  • Issuing endorsements for mid-term changes
  • Renew or decline policies as per underwriter instructions
Required Skills and Qualifications:

University graduate with 2+ years of work experience

  • Ability to follow defined processes and procedures
  • Organized, methodical, and able to perform multiple tasks

Desirable Skills:

  • Prioritizing workload
  • Persuasive communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Fluent in English
  • Influential collaborative skills
Education:

UG: B.Tech/B.E. in any specialization

PG: Any postgraduate
