Job Title: Policy Center Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced PolicyCenter professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance domain knowledge, specifically in Property & Casualty.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience working on PolicyCenter versions 10 and Cloud, as well as being Guidewire Cloud Certified. They will also have hands-on experience in PolicyCenter configuration, integration with external systems using Guidewire-supported integration techniques, and knowledge of GX Model, Entity Populator, and XML.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Module Design: Design, configure, and customize PolicyCenter modules for underwriting, policy transactions, rating, renewals, cancellations.
  • Business Rules: Develop business rules, workflows, and product models in PolicyCenter.
  • Gosu Code Implementation: Implement Gosu code, PCF screens, and entity enhancements for policy operations.
  • Integration Management: Build and maintain integrations with external systems (billing, CRM, third-party services).
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning for PolicyCenter applications.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with business analysts to translate requirements into technical configurations.
  • Adherence: Ensure adherence to Guidewire development standards and best practices.

This role requires a minimum of 5 years of overall IT experience, including 4+ years in Guidewire. Experience in Oracle/SQL Server and strong SQL knowledge is also required.
