Head of Talent Acquisition and Employee Experience
Description:We are seeking a strategic leader to oversee talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives. This role involves forecasting staffing needs, designing recruiting strategies, and improving onboarding processes.

Responsibilities:- Forecast staffing needs and develop strategies to meet business objectives.
- Design and execute recruiting campaigns to attract top talent.
- Develop and implement effective onboarding processes.
- Champion the company's mission and values in daily HR practices.
- Develop initiatives to improve employee engagement and recognition.
- Facilitate team-building activities and programs.
- Oversee core HR functions, including employee records and policy updates.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Handle employee relations with discretion and fairness.
- Support managers in performance management processes.
- Help design and roll out learning and development programs.
- Identify leadership development opportunities.
- Analyze HR metrics to provide actionable insights.
- Proactively identify HR-related issues and propose solutions.
- Contribute to change management and organizational design.
- MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.
- 5–8 years HR experience with at least 2+ years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of Indian compliance and ability to work with international teams.
- Excellent communication & problem-solving skills.
- Talent acquisition and retention strategies aligned with business goals.
- High employee engagement scores.
- Effective HR systems and policies.
- A collaborative work environment that fosters innovation and teamwork.
