Responsibilities:
  • Forecast staffing needs and develop strategies to meet business objectives.

  • Develop initiatives to improve employee engagement and recognition.
  • Facilitate team-building activities and programs.
  • Oversee core HR functions, including employee records and policy updates.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Handle employee relations with discretion and fairness.
  • Support managers in performance management processes.
  • Help design and roll out learning and development programs.
  • Identify leadership development opportunities.
  • Analyze HR metrics to provide actionable insights.
  • Proactively identify HR-related issues and propose solutions.
  • Contribute to change management and organizational design.
Requirements:
  • MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.
  • 5–8 years HR experience with at least 2+ years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of Indian compliance and ability to work with international teams.
  • Excellent communication & problem-solving skills.
