Job Description\Abstract service professionals sought to provide exceptional on-site support by resolving customer complaints, attending commissioning calls, and ensuring timely resolution of service issues across Guwahati and surrounding regions. This critical role plays a key part in strengthening customer satisfaction, improving service turnaround time, and driving aftermarket business opportunities.

As a skilled field engineer, you will be responsible for attending to field complaints and providing timely service support at customer sites across Guwahati, and surrounding areas. You will handle commissioning calls ensuring correct installation, testing, and performance verification. Your expertise will also be required to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues (preference for Gas Engine experience).

Key objectives include minimizing Turnaround Time (TAT) for complaint resolution and improving Mean Time to Repair (MTTR). Additionally, you will provide inputs for AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) and other aftermarket growth opportunities. Proper documentation, reporting, and feedback to the Regional/ Central Service Team are essential aspects of this role.

  • Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Gas Engine experience preferred).\
  • 3–4 years of relevant experience in field service, installation, or maintenance.\
  • Strong knowledge of service, commissioning, and troubleshooting processes.\
