About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled technical documenter to create comprehensive documentation for our products, services, and processes. This includes user manuals, API documentation, installation guides, FAQs, and internal documentation.

  • Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will work closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and support teams to understand complex information and communicate it effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation such as user guides, API documentation, knowledge base articles, and FAQs.
  • Collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather technical information.
  • Translating complex technical concepts into simple, user-friendly content.
  • Editing, standardizing, or revising content to meet standards and ensure consistency of tone, structure, and style.
  • Maintaining version control and ensuring documentation is updated regularly.
  • Participating in product testing and review to understand features from a user's perspective.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Communication, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in technical writing or a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and tools.
  • Experience working with documentation tools and platforms.
  • Ability to quickly learn complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable.
