Senior Airport Operations Manager

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the airport, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.

  1. Synchronize airport processes to achieve quality objectives.
  2. Manage passenger, baggage, aircraft, and information processes in real-time.
  3. Implement Standard Operating Procedures pertaining to airport operations.
  4. Carry out day-to-day airport functioning in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  5. Implement resource allocation concepts as defined in seasonal plans.
  6. Conduct airport operations in accordance with regulations.
  7. Monitor stakeholder performance as per process-defined metrics.
  8. Proactively manage airport processes and resources to prevent operational bottlenecks.
  9. Coordinate and synchronize all airport processes in real-time.
  10. Take relevant actions during cancelled flights.
  11. Ensure optimum levels of coordination with airport partners.
  12. Enter basic aircraft data into the system.
  13. Input high-quality data into airport operational databases.
  14. Audit basic data in AOS systems and implement process changes.
  15. Provide accurate and informative data for management reports.
  16. Ensure accurate mapping for Integrated Management System processes.
  17. Brief new partners and visitors on airport concepts.
  18. Send operation-related reports to stakeholders within timelines.
