Job Description:Our company is seeking a skilled and results-driven Sales Executive with expertise in interior fit-out to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of commercial furniture and interior design solutions, along with excellent client relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the furniture and interior design sectors.
- Establish and maintain long-lasting relationships with key clients, architects, interior designers, and commercial real estate professionals.
- Effectively communicate the value and benefits of our furniture and interior design solutions to meet client needs.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets, expand our customer base, and maximize market share.
- Negotiate contracts, prepare proposals, and ensure successful deal closures.
- Collaborate closely with the design and production teams to ensure alignment on client needs, project timelines, and deliverables.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, including revenue, conversion rates, and pipeline status.
Experience:
A minimum of 5+ years of proven sales experience in furniture, interiors, or a related industry.
Education:
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills to understand client needs and market dynamics.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a passion for sales.
