We are seeking a driven and passionate individual to join our team as an Academic Counsellor Trainee. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in mentoring and guiding students on our school curriculum, supporting parents and students through in-house counselling sessions, converting potential leads into admissions through consultative sales, and building long-term relationships with students and parents.
About the Role- Mentor and guide students on our school curriculum, providing personalized support and guidance to ensure their academic success.

- Prior experience in sales, academic counselling, or business development is highly desirable.
- Freshers with 0–3 months of experience are welcome to apply.
- You must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- A passion for education and mentorship is essential, as well as a target-driven approach to career growth.
- A 6-month traineeship with structured training and mentorship, designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role.
