Job Title: Training and Development Specialist

About the Role:

We're seeking a skilled Training and Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop engaging training content, including workbooks, assessments, and presentations.
  • Conduct needs analysis to identify knowledge gaps and design targeted training modules.
  • Deliver training sessions to new hires, providing them with the skills and confidence they need to succeed in their roles.
  • Frequently audit customer interactions to identify areas for improvement and develop short training materials to address key issues.
  • Owning knowledge transfer of new processes, ensuring every employee understands new or changed processes.
  • Roll out process changes and related communications.
  • Owning the Knowledge Base, review and develop KB, and ensure it's always relevant.
  • Improve overall CSAT scores.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in classroom, online, and blended training delivery of at least 4-5 years, with at least 2 years as a master trainer.
  • Practical implementation experience of ADDIE and Kirkpatrick evaluation models.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint and Word.
  • Ability to provide structured performance feedback to trainees both written and verbally.
  • Experience working on cross-functional projects that improved the customer experience.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Fluent English language skills (written and spoken).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
