Our organization seeks an experienced Compliance Analyst to drive the success of our team. This individual will be responsible for leading testing programs, assessing risk, and communicating with senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Executing fieldwork and testing across various laws and regulations
  • Designing and implementing comprehensive testing programs
  • Leading dialogue with managers and senior stakeholders on test progress and findings
  • Independently leading conversations with directors and VPs on testing and issue alignment
  • Training and mentoring colleagues in upskilling knowledge and practices
  • Working with leadership on strategic initiatives to improve delivery models
  • Contributing to presentations to senior leadership

Mandatory qualifications:

  • At least 6 years of experience in internal audit or regulatory compliance within the Big Four or a bank/financial institution
  • Good academic qualifications with Anti-Money Laundering knowledge
  • Chartered Accounts, CPA, CIA, ACAMS, MBA, or individuals with certifications in audit

Functional skills:
