**Job Title:** Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance of plant machinery, troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, and maintaining production equipment such as conveyors, robotic arms, welding machines, and assembly tools.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of plant machinery
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
  • Maintain production equipment such as conveyors, robotic arms, welding machines, and assembly tools
  • Assist in installation and commissioning of new machinery

**Documentation & Compliance:

  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, and repairs
  • Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with plant standards
  • Support audits and inspections by preparing relevant documentation

**Technical Support:

  • Use diagnostic tools and instruments to identify faults
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve equipment issues
  • Monitor equipment performance and suggest improvements

**Inventory & Tools:

  • Manage spare parts inventory and request replacements as needed
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and safety gear

**Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Diploma / ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Automobile Engineering
  • Basic knowledge of PLCs, motors, sensors, and industrial automation
  • Ability to read technical drawings and manuals
  • Familiarity with TPM, 5S, and Kaizen practices
  • Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to work in shifts and respond to emergency breakdowns
