Compensation and Benefits Specialist Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze end-to-end monthly employee incentive processing to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide critical payroll and ESOP data for audits and respond promptly to audit queries, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to established procedures.
  • Identify leakage in incentive payouts through thorough analysis and implement process improvements to minimize losses.
  • Maintain accurate records of all incentive processing activities and continuously monitor efficiency to optimize performance.
Role Requirements:
  1. Collaborate closely with business teams to gather performance data and validate payroll inputs, ensuring seamless integration of processes.
  2. Implement robust checks and controls to guarantee the integrity of incentive payouts, upholding high standards of reliability and transparency.
  3. Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and best practices related to payroll and incentives, applying knowledge to inform strategic decisions.
  4. Support the HR team with incentive-related queries and contribute to payroll and compensation operations, fostering a culture of excellence and cooperation.
