Payroll Management Expert

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Management Expert to join our team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate payment of salaries, benefits, and allowances to employees. This includes maintaining payroll records, processing employee data, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Payroll Processing:
  • Maintenance of payroll records, including employee details, salary history, and leave balances
  • Processing of salary advances, deductions, and other statutory payments
  • Calculation and payment of bonuses, incentives, and other rewards
  • Compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and other statutory requirements
Requirements:
  • Education:
  • Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Knowledge:
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and other payroll software
  • Familiarity with labor laws, tax regulations, and other statutory requirements
