Job Opportunity

This role provides a unique chance to gain experience in various functions including audit, accounting, taxation and research.

As an article assistant, you will have the opportunity to work remotely and contribute to the preparation of financial statements, tax filings and compliance documentation.

The ideal candidate will be pursuing or completed degree in Commerce, Accounting or Finance. They should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, auditing standards and regulatory changes.

Auditing:

  • Assist in audits by preparing documentation, testing transactions and drafting financial statements and schedules.

Taxation & Compliance:

  • Support preparation of tax filings and compliance documentation.

Research & Standards Interpretation:

  • Stay updated on accounting principles, auditing standards and regulatory changes.

Key Skills:

  • Familiarity with accounting principles (GAAP, IFRS) and comfort with Excel and tools like Tally, SAP or QuickBooks.
