Job Description:

The role of a Senior Associate in our advisory and litigation team involves delivering in-depth research and analysis to support client needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing advises, opinions, and compliance reports
  • Creating Power Point presentations for client meetings, trainings, and seminars
  • Analyzing client data for estimating tax impact on business transactions
  • Building scenarios to identify the most tax-efficient business models

In addition, the Senior Associate will contribute to developing articles, monographs, and other knowledge-sharing materials, while maintaining strong commercial acumen and staying up-to-date with firm-wide and competitor activities.
