**Job Title:** Assistant Accounts Executive
At SLMG Beverages Pvt Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent accounting and financial management skills, with a strong focus on maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Maintain all financial records, including vouchers, receipts, bills, and payments.
- Perform bank reconciliation, payment collection, and monthly GST working.
- Reconcile sundry debtors and creditors, and ensure timely payment follow-ups by telephone and mail.
- Maintain daily stock records and ensure accurate sales and purchase registers.
- Handle banking works, including cheque issuance, cash deposits, NEFT, and RTGS transactions.
- Possess knowledge of Central Excise Vat and handle all sales tax and income tax works.
- Finalize accounts, statements of accounts, debtors' control accounts, buffer accounts, balance sheet statements, consumption charts, trial balance works, scrutiny of desperation, and fixed assets.
- Proficient in Tally ERP and command on English language.
- Strong mail drafting skills.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
