Dynamic Outreach Expert Wanted
We are seeking a skilled outreach expert to establish and nurture relationships with undergraduate colleges, drive student engagement, and expand our admissions team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish strong networks with undergraduate colleges in assigned cities.
- Represent the institution at college fairs, seminars, workshops, and outreach events.
- Conduct information sessions and career guidance talks for undergraduate students.
- Generate and promote leads for the PGDM program.
- Collaborate with the central admissions team to ensure smooth lead conversions.
- Maintain a database of outreach activities, contacts, and engagement outcomes.
- Travel within cities and occasionally outside for outreach events.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Candidates with minimum 1 year of relevant experience in education sales, admissions, or student outreach.
- Established relationships with undergraduate colleges in Hyderabad/Chennai.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (English & local language).
- Strong networking ability and willingness to travel for outreach.
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree preferably in Management/Marketing/Education.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and passionate about student engagement.
