**Process Development Expertise**

  • We are seeking a skilled professional to develop and optimize machining processes for improved efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  • This role involves conducting process analysis and identifying opportunities for improvement, such as reducing cycle times and minimizing scrap rates.
  • Collaboration with design and manufacturing teams is essential to ensure manufacturability of new products and components.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving quality-related issues, including tooling, programming, and machine performance, is a key responsibility.
  • The ideal candidate will implement and maintain process documentation, including work instructions and standard operating procedures.
  • Participation in continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices is expected.
  • Technical support and training to production personnel will also be provided.

Requirements:

  • A diploma or bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field is required.
  • Proven experience in CNC/VMC machining inspection process optimization is necessary.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, familiarity with CAD/CAM software, and knowledge of CNC programming languages are essential.
  • The ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions is critical.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive or aerospace industry, is preferred.
  • Familiarity with total productive maintenance (TPM) principles is an advantage.
