Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and optimize CNC/VMC machining processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct process analysis and identify opportunities for improvement, such as reducing cycle times and minimizing scrap rates.
- Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to ensure manufacturability of new products and components.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Quality related issues, including tooling, programming, and machine performance.
- Implement and maintain process documentation, including work instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.
- Provide technical support and training to production personnel.

Qualifications:

- Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in CNC/VMC machining inspection process optimization.
- Strong knowledge of problem-solving techniques.
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and CNC programming languages.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive or aerospace industry.
- Familiar with TPM way of working.
