Job Title: Organizational Development Professional

The role involves driving training initiatives at a hotel in Lucknow, ensuring a seamless transition of new employees through the Taj Swagat process. As an Organizational Development Professional, you will be responsible for implementing effective learning strategies to enhance employee performance and productivity.

  • Driving orientation and completion of mandatory online modules for all staff members is crucial to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Skill certification for front-line staff is also essential to guarantee that they possess the required competencies to deliver excellent customer service and achieve business objectives.
  • The successful candidate will identify training needs based on information from various channels, including HR and management reports, and develop targeted training programs to address these gaps.
  • In close collaboration with the Human Resources team, the Organizational Development Professional will prepare the training calendar, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.

This position requires close collaboration with the Human Resources team to drive employee engagement activities and reward programs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will possess the following functional competencies:

  • Knowledge of HR & Corporate Sustainability principles
  • Training skills, with experience in designing and delivering effective training programs
  • MS-Office proficiency, with expertise in using software applications such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Computer skills, with experience in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other relevant software
  • Safety practices, with a strong understanding of health and safety protocols
