Capture Manager

The Capture Manager plays a pivotal role in driving organizational growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities across both public and private sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for the capture lifecycle, encompassing teaming, pricing, and proposal initiatives.
  • Analyze markets to pinpoint potential opportunities and drive informed decision-making.
  • Foster collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to prepare for upcoming procurements.
  • Evaluate and qualify RFIs and RFPs, spearheading the proposal process.
  • Collaborate to craft compelling written proposals through concept development, information gathering, and final submission.
  • Maintain and update reference databases for technical, management, and past performance expertise.
  • Leverage industry knowledge to create compliant and engaging content.
  • Conduct post-contract reviews to document lessons learned and inform future adjustments.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in Federal or State procurements.
  • A strong track record of successfully winning staffing and SOW-based proposals in the Public Sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to craft clear, logical, and persuasive documents.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills with a solid understanding of cost and financials.
  • Familiarity with GSA and other Federal Schedules.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g. English, Journalism, Communications).
