Job Title

The AS400 Technical Lead position is available for a skilled professional to lead the development and maintenance of AS400 systems ensuring they meet required standards of quality performance and security.

Responsibilities

  • Design develop and test AS400 applications using RPG ILE CLLE and Modern RPG programming languages.
  • Maintain and enhance existing AS400 systems to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective system integration and data exchange.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills experience in analysis design estimation programming and unit/system testing of AS400 applications.
  • Strong knowledge of DB2 and AS400 platforms.
  • Experience with modern software development methodologies and agile project management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable Skills

  • Knowledge of healthcare/PBM/adjudication/pricing systems and processes.
  • Experience with SYNON and RxClaim Exp.
