Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our IT team as an RPG Systems and Processes Analyst Lead.

About the Role:

  1. System Design and Development: Develop high-quality systems using AS400/RPG technologies, utilizing expertise in RPGLE and RPG Free formatting.
  2. Database Management: Collaborate with SQL and SQLRPGLE to ensure efficient data management, resolving tickets within SLA guidelines.
  3. Team Leadership: Lead teams from a development and system support setting, promoting continuous improvement for excellence and speed.
  4. Communication: Represent the IT team in meetings, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
  5. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough QA & Testing to guarantee seamless system performance.

Requirements:

  • Strong programming background in AS400/RPG technologies
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and bias for action
