About this role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading startup incubator and accelerator as the Incubation & Ventures Manager.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing startup incubation and investment initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing incubation and acceleration programs, from scouting and onboarding startups to structuring their growth journeys.
  • Designing and implementing coaching, mentoring, and investor engagement frameworks to support founders at various growth stages.
  • Evaluating applications based on creativity, innovation, scalability, and investment potential.
  • Engaging with ecosystem stakeholders to create partnerships that benefit startups.
  • Organizing investor demo days, workshops, and networking events to showcase startups and attract funding.
  • Tracking startup progress, milestones, and key performance indicators to ensure measurable impact.
  • Identifying and supporting fundraising strategies for incubated startups, assisting with pitch decks, financial modelling, and investor matchmaking.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • A background in startup ecosystems, venture capital, investment banking, or entrepreneurship.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills to evaluate business models, conduct due diligence, and support fundraising activities.
  • Experience in engaging with founders, investors, and mentors to drive startup success.
  • Ability to conduct stakeholder interviews, research, and write investment memos.
  • A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related fields from a top-tier institution.
  • CFA Level 1 cleared or relevant investment certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
