Job Title: Portfolio Manager

Overview
This role is for a client who requires assistance with managing their investments and portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
1. Handling KYC and onboarding of investors on the platform.
2. Responding to queries related to their investments.
3. Managing settlements & reconciliations of funds.
4. Continuous automation of operations by designing and implementing SOPs to optimize and enhance customer operations and experience.
5. Working with product, technology, compliance, and business teams to understand and address new developments and regulations and help in managing entire project from incubation to release stage.
6. Working with various financial intermediaries/stakeholders on AIF reporting, compliance and data management.
7. Lead end-to-end transaction cycle of start-up deals, from onboarding to final closure.
8. Coordinate with startup founders and other stakeholders to execute defined workstreams in the transaction process.
9. Collaborate with legal and operational teams to ensure smooth execution and mitigate risks.

The Ideal Candidate:
1. Postgraduate or MBA or CA/CS with about 2-3 years of work experience.
2. Experience with client operations, fund operations, and transaction management is essential.
3. Understanding of the SEBI regulations concerning KYCs.
4. Outstanding track record of academic achievement with excellent communication skills.
5. Has attention to detail, structured approach, and thrives for excellence.
6. Passionate about early-stage investing, technology and start-ups.
7. Temperament to work in cross-functional teams and ability to interact and coordinate with other businesses, teams, and individuals for execution.
8. Knows their way around Excel and PPT.
