Project Manager Role

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the execution of automation projects, guiding interns and specialists in setting up workflow automation systems, and ensuring clients are kept updated on progress, challenges, and outcomes. This role combines project oversight, client communication, and a strong understanding of sales/marketing automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end automation projects for sales and marketing teams.
  • Guide and mentor interns in setting up Workflow automation systems.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of automation workflows using no-code/AI automation tools.
  • Ensure smooth integration of tools like Clay, Apollo, Instantly, and LinkedIn via APIs/webhooks.
  • Monitor quality of data pipelines for enrichment, lead scoring, and AI-driven workflows.
  • Review and validate outputs (data cleaning, reports, dashboards) before sharing with clients.
  • Act as the primary client contact—providing updates, gathering feedback, and ensuring alignment.
  • Document processes and recommend improvements for scalability and efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong familiarity with no-code/AI automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make).
  • Experience managing CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho).
  • Background in project or client management with exposure to sales/marketing workflows.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills for coordinating interns and client expectations.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, or basic scripting (Python/JavaScript).
  • Comfort with productivity tools like Google Sheets, Notion, Airtable.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to prioritize and deliver on deadlines.
