About the Position

  • Connect multiple platforms via APIs and automation tools for seamless integration.
  • Troubleshoot errors, ensure smooth operation, and optimize automations through testing and iteration.
  • Create process documentation and train teams on effective automation tool usage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative automation solutions.
  • Maintain expertise in automation platforms, AI tools, and API integrations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in workflow automation, AI integration, or business process engineering.
  • Proficiency in automation platforms like Zapier, Make, Power Automate, n8n, or similar.
  • Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and database integrations.
  • Experience with AI tools for task automation, data processing, and content generation.
