Dynamic Category Associate

The role of a Dynamic Category Associate is to lead the team in driving high performance, executing strategic plans, and delivering exceptional results. As a key member of our category team, you will be responsible for scaling up supplier businesses, expanding selection, and ensuring best prices for your category.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Key Account Managers to achieve business objectives and deliver results-driven outcomes.
  • Advocate our values and principles across the team and ensure seamless execution of tasks.
  • Collaborate with central teams to drive discovery, affordability, and quality on our platform.
  • Develop and implement robust processes for efficient task execution and smooth operations.
  • Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and goals for the team and individuals, evaluating metrics for success assessment.
  • Communicate priorities and decisions effectively with stakeholders, leveraging excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • 1-4 years of overall experience with at least 1+ years in leading teams.
  • Experience in startups and fast-paced environments is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and business planning.
  • Strategic thinking and tactical execution skills.
  • Deep understanding of business and customer dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
