You will directly work with a small experienced team of technologists to identify and solve a new set of problems. The team has experience from Amazon Alexa, Facebook, and other leading AI organizations. You will have the freedom to pave a new path to achieve our mission.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Leads important, impactful, time-sensitive efforts to identify new business strategies and opportunities (e.g., new business models, growth initiatives, cost reduction strategies).
- Manages complex strategic, organizational, and operational initiatives
- Partners with business leaders in creating strategic initiatives and securing budgets for plans and projects on a wide range of strategic issues, including risk management and implementation tactics.
- Oversees significant research and analysis efforts to evaluate strategic objectives.
- Influences management by presenting compelling analyses and recommendations that build the business case for new strategic initiatives.
- Directs large, cross-functional teams and communications to facilitate the development of strategic initiatives and partners with business leaders to integrate strategic initiatives across business units.
- Provides thought leadership and shapes the knowledge base within an area of expertise.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of relevant work experience in business strategy.
- MBA or relevant bachelor from top tier college
- Professional experience in business strategy, product management, or analytical role
- Have an extreme bias towards action.
- Solutions orientated within a high-energy and fast-paced work environment.
- Exceptional customer experience intuition; demonstrated success in creating innovative and user-friendly products and customer-facing features
- Possess excellent oral, written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
