As one of the critical members of the Level team your work will be new and of the highest impact to shape the future of AI in businesses. You will directly work with a small experienced team of technologists to identify and solve a new set of problems. The team has experience from Amazon Alexa, Facebook, and other leading AI organizations. You will have the freedom to pave a new path to achieve our mission.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Leads important, impactful, time-sensitive efforts to identify new business strategies and opportunities (e.g., new business models, growth initiatives, cost reduction strategies).
- Manages complex strategic, organizational, and operational initiatives
- Partners with business leaders in creating strategic initiatives and securing budgets for plans and projects on a wide range of strategic issues, including risk management and implementation tactics.
- Oversees significant research and analysis efforts to evaluate strategic objectives.
- Influences management by presenting compelling analyses and recommendations that build the business case for new strategic initiatives.
- Directs large, cross-functional teams and communications to facilitate the development of strategic initiatives and partners with business leaders to integrate strategic initiatives across business units.
- Provides thought leadership and shapes the knowledge base within an area of expertise.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of relevant work experience in business strategy.
- MBA or relevant bachelor from top tier college
- Professional experience in business strategy, product management, or analytical role
- Have an extreme bias towards action.
- Solutions orientated within a high-energy and fast-paced work environment.
- Exceptional customer experience intuition; demonstrated success in creating innovative and user-friendly products and customer-facing features
- Possess excellent oral, written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
