Job Description

Job Summary:

The SMART Process Growth Leader is a Process specialist and will lead the strategies and programs for growing Rockwell Smart Process Solution and Technology offerings in the sub-region through our Partners.

The leader will work with both Rockwell internal important partners and external ecosystem partners in India region to ensure the planning and ongoing support of Sales strategies to focus on Smart process.

You will work with the system integrator partners and Rockwell internal and external important partners in specifying Rockwell Smart Process Solutions within the subregion.

The SMART Process Growth Leader will improve relationship with Smart Process partners to achieve the organizations growth targets. This is an individual contributor role. You will be based in Mumbai office and will work in hybrid, reporting to Director - Partnering India.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Work with AP Smart Process Primary Team for Smart process and lead the strategies / programs around these projects in Sub-region.· Develop purpose built on the job training for partners.
  • Have technical and commercial enablement capabilities· Provide support to develop specifications and architectures for full RA offerings·
  • Implement long-term business strategies (BSR) for expanding Smart process and implementing them in each of the sub-regions in Asia Pacific.
  • Be the conduit between the AP and Sub Regional Smart Process teams in defining the priorities and programs and deploying them.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Business Managers and other Important partners to develop and implement sales strategies & focus to exceed annual operation plans (AOP) goals for Smart process targets.
  • Important partners include Rockwell Sales Leadership, Rockwell Team Commercial teams (Life Cycle Services, Intelligent Devices and Software & Control), Services Delivery/Operations, Marketing/Sales Operations and Channels Leadership.
  • Provide business development support (presentations, demonstrations/ success stories and provide sales tools / materials / coaching to allow Sales to lead sales discussions / value messaging with SIs and Customers.· Collaborate with Sales, Business Manager and Marketing teams to analyze competition, recommend new offerings, promotions, or suggest refinements for success.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial organization including strategic organizational planning, building / hiring main domain expertise, development and retention of main talent, performance reviews & development.
  • Provide market intelligence on Smart process positioning and competitor information.
  • Manage and run workshops with System Integrators , work with System Integrator Enablement Specialist to develop framework.· Manage and Achieve success metrics.
  • This role requires travel more than 50%.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of sales, business management or marketing experience preferably in automation industry.
  • Track record in previous process industry specialization.
  • High level of expertise around Process in Solution Selling/Marketing Skills (Strategic Planning & Lifecycle Management) and Value-based Selling Skills, Disciplined Selling Process, Customer Solution-centric Selling Skills.
  • Knowledge in India region market and process industry.
  • Experience with partnership program and go-to-market strategy.
  • Lead transformational change management.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
  • Knowledge of RA products and have technical knowledge to work with sub regional SMEs and AP Process Partner enablement leader to build smart process architecture and specifications.
  • 7+ Years Experience in engineering consulting firms.
