Job Title: Relationship Manager
">About the Role:
">The Relationship Manager is a key member of our sales team responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with merchants and acquiring new clients.
">- Direct Field Sales: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the field.
- Maintain Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing merchants to ensure continued business and revenue growth.
- Prospect New Clients: Find and approach potential merchants who can benefit from our services.
- Generate Revenue: Achieve sales targets and grow revenue through B2B sales.
- Team Leadership: Coach, mentor, and develop team members to improve their skills and performance.
- Operational Excellence: Monitor daily/weekly operations, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions.
Requirements:
">- Graduate or Post-graduate degree in any stream.
- Minimum 60% marks in 12th or Graduation.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in field sales (freshers also welcome).

">- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is tech-savvy and has a positive attitude.
- Can work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
