Event Marketing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Event Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing event strategies that drive student recruitment and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop the annual and quarterly event calendar in alignment with marketing and student recruitment goals.
  • Propose event concepts, including objectives, target audience, format, and expected outcomes.
  • Work with internal teams to forecast budget requirements and obtain necessary approvals.
  • Handle end-to-end event management, including venue selection, vendor coordination, logistics, technical requirements, and branding setup.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for seamless delivery.
  • Identify and onboard study abroad partners, universities, and exhibitors for events.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to promote events through emailers, social media, ads, student communities, and influencer partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in event management, preferably in EdTech, education, or international student mobility.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and potentially internationally for event execution.
