Key Responsibilities:
We deliver high quality, effective Compensation and Benefits solutions tailored for clients with focus on the following areas:
- C&B design, including pay ranges, pay structuring, pay mix, and benefits design
- Play an integral role in delivering the annual pay review and bonus processes
- Align with statutory compliance; be aware of market practices and developments
- Compensation and Benefits market benchmarking, trends, and advisory
- Job evaluation and leveling
- Annual C&B cycle budgeting, management, and execution
- Present solutions and recommendations in a structured and articulate manner to clients and internal teams
- Conduct due diligence for renewals and trends for Insurance and employee wellness programs
- Coordinate with HR operations to implement programs in consultation with HR business partners
- Liaise with Benefits Partners / vendors and work with other functions such as HR operations and finance to execute Benefits Programs
- Provide consulting advice to established clients, design and implement specific rewards-related projects
Experience and Requirements:
We require:
- 3+ years of experience in a compensation role with a mix of consulting and field C&B preferred
- All-round understanding of Total Rewards design principles and their application, along with associated business acumen
- Familiarity with one or more of the leading Job Evaluation frameworks
- Experience in conducting annual compensation cycles
- Experience in engaging with and onboarding benefits vendors
- High level of Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel
- Strong communication skills and ability to present complex data and insights
We prefer:
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI
- University degree in HR with a Masters / MBA strongly preferred
- Relevant certifications from widely recognized professional bodies
