As a highly skilled Oracle Compensation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and managing Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:

Main Responsibilities
  • Leading the development and implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation strategies and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Conducting thorough requirement workshops and mapping business processes to identify as-is vs. to-be compensation structures.
  • Designing optimized compensation solutions and building/reviewing functional design documents, enhancements, reports, and integrations.
  • Configuring compensation scenarios and delivering tangible business value.

We are seeking an experienced candidate with:

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 8–12 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Functional consulting.
  • Deep expertise in Compensation (Functional SME level) and a strong understanding of business processes and compensation summary.
  • Proven track record in full-cycle implementation projects and the ability to manage both small and large teams effectively.
