Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate product costing to inform pricing and margin decisions, leveraging data analysis and market trends.
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support for costing-related challenges, optimizing system performance and efficiency.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, including direct collaboration with the costing lead, to drive project success and strategic objectives.
  • Participate in interviews and onboarding processes as needed, fostering a culture of excellence and expertise.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Costing, with a strong background in accounting principles and relevant degree or hands-on experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to clearly articulate complex issues and solutions.
