Servicenow GRC Administrator

As a Servicenow GRC administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our governance, risk management and compliance processes. You will be administering and configuring the Servicenow platform, including the GRC modules, to ensure that all stakeholders have access to accurate and timely information.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Administrating and Configuring: You will administer and configure the Servicenow platform, including the GRC modules, to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • DevOps Activities: You will perform DevOps activities, such as code deployments across environments, to ensure platform stability and compliance processes.
  • Fix Development: You will develop and implement fixes for production defects to maintain platform stability.
  • Integration Monitoring: You will monitor and manage Servicenow integrations with external systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Incident Resolution: You will resolve Servicenow incidents and provide root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • User Role Management: You will maintain user roles, permissions, and platform stability to ensure secure access to sensitive information.
  • Audit Support: You will support audits and compliance reporting to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Platform Upgrades: You will ensure smooth platform upgrades and patches to maintain system security and functionality.
  • Operational Automation: You will automate operational tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
  • Documentation: You will maintain detailed operational documentation and runbooks to facilitate knowledge transfer.
