Dynamic Digital Design Position

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to contribute to the creation of seamless digital experiences.

About the Opportunity:

This position involves assisting in the design of high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and be able to communicate design ideas clearly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in designing wireframes and prototypes for web and mobile applications
  • Support the UX design process including research, ideation, prototyping, and usability testing
  • Participate in user research activities and assist in analyzing findings
  • Prepare and deliver design documentation and presentations for internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with developers and senior designers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
  • Contribute to visual design and micro-interaction elements to enhance user experience
  • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and systems to inform innovative design solutions

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, HCI, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Figma; experience with design systems is a plus
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
  • Ability to communicate design ideas clearly and work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Portfolio demonstrating design thinking and execution (academic or personal projects acceptable)

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS, UX writing, or animation tools
  • Interest in fintech or financial products
  • Attention to detail and a proactive learning mindset
