Role Overview: Expanse Digital is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing and effective designs for a variety of digital assets and social media platforms. Your creativity and expertise will contribute to our mission of helping clients achieve and exceed their business goals.

What you'll do:

  • Create visually striking and innovative designs for digital assets, social media platforms, and other marketing collateral.
  • Develop graphics that align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate the intended message.
  • Utilize traditional design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva to produce high-quality visuals.
  • Explore and implement AI design tools like MidJourney, Adobe Firefly, DreamStudio, Design.ai, Let's Enhance, etc., to enhance efficiency and creativity in design processes.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creators, and developers, to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional designs.
  • Incorporate feedback from team members and clients to refine and improve designs.
  • Keep abreast of design trends, tools, and technologies, especially in the AI design space, to ensure our designs remain cutting-edge and effective.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently.

What you'll need:

  • Proven experience of 2-4 years as a Graphic Designer/Video Editor or similar role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
  • Proficiency in traditional design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
  • Familiarity with AI design tools like MidJourney, Adobe Firefly, DreamStudio, Design.ai, Let's Enhance, etc.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project requirements.
  • Up-to-date with industry trends and design best practices.
