Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and creative individual to join our team as a Visual Content Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a passion for graphic design and can effectively communicate complex ideas through visually engaging content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop high-impact visual materials, including brochures, infographics, and marketing materials, that meet client briefs and expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including scientific content specialists, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to freelance designers on quality, style, and tone to ensure that all deliverables meet the highest standards.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client deadlines.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, incorporating new ideas and techniques into work.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably with a focus on brochure design, editorial, or science clients.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Design Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and proficiency in PowerPoint and/or 3D graphics.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
