Job Description:
As a Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in creating visually compelling designs that effectively communicate our brand message across various platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts and execute designs that engage and inspire our target audience.
Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality 2D vector illustrations for digital and print media.
- Develop creative concepts, mood boards, and storyboards for branding, marketing, and website design.
- Work closely with web developers to create visually engaging website designs.
- Ensure UI/UX consistency across digital platforms by integrating design best practices.
- Present and explain creative concepts visually and through PowerPoint presentations.
- Develop branding materials, social media assets, infographics, and marketing collateral.
- Conduct research to stay ahead of design trends, industry standards, and competitor strategies.
- Experiment with new tools and techniques to enhance creative output.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in graphic design, illustration, editing and visual communication.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, InDesign, etc.), as well as tools like Canva.
- Strong portfolio showcasing work in vector design, branding, UI/UX, and marketing materials.
- Experience with moodboard creation and creative storytelling.
- Ability to translate complex ideas into visually engaging designs.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially when working with cross-functional teams.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with motion graphics, animation, or 3D modeling.
- Experience in brand strategy and visual identity development.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, or WordPress for web design collaboration.
- Prior work in a fast-paced startup or agency environment.
