About the Job:

We're looking for an experienced UX Designer to join our team. As a Software Engineer - UX Designer, you'll be designing web/mobile applications for our rapidly growing team across regions.

The successful candidate will have experience in designing user interfaces for responsive websites, mobile banking apps, and web applications.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the design process and participate in the development process from definition to maintenance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Participating in the development process from definition to maintenance
  • Breaking down design problems into actionable chunks and solving them with clarity and precision
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and standards in mobile design

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT or Computer Science
  • Banking experience preferred
  • Experience in designing web/mobile applications
  • Expertise in User Experience design, journey mapping, prototyping, UX copywriting, information architecture, Digital Transformation & Design System
  • Agile environment experience
  • Understanding of human interface design guidelines, Android design, and other mobile platform designs
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Balsamiq, Visual Studio, PowerPoint, Firefox/Chrome Developer Tools, and other relevant tools
  • HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and AngularJS skills
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
