What You Will Do:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Optimize digital channels, including chat, email, web, and self-service platforms.
  • Utilize data analytics to drive efficiency and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Lead the integration of AI, automation, and other emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with CX, IT, and Ops teams.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on the impact of digital initiatives.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in digital strategy, operations, or customer experience.
  • Strong knowledge of call center tools, platforms, and KPIs.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems, analytics tools, and automation platforms.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to evolving technology and customer trends.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in B2C/B2B customer service environments.
  • Certifications in Digital Marketing, Agile, or CX tools.
