Service Delivery Coordinator

Job Description:

As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of services to clients, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining client satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate resources, manage daily tasks, and monitor service performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily stand-ups or check-ins to discuss assignments and challenges.
  • Monitor service performance and operations, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Address any issues or client complaints promptly and escalate unresolved issues to higher management as needed.
  • Coordinate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to support ongoing service delivery activities.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on deliverables and service outputs to ensure they meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Prepare and distribute weekly progress reports summarizing project status, accomplishments, and upcoming milestones.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in IT Project Management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external.
