Job Title: Operational Services Manager

The ideal candidate will provide business-focused procurement processes services and continuously strive to improve them.

  • Participate in meeting service KPIs, executing diverse and time-sensitive activities considering compliance, quality, and efficiency of delivery.
  • Develop relationships with local stakeholders and lead/support other team members in resolving operational issues within own process expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and guide team members to achieve established objectives (if applicable).
  • Provide procurement processes service delivery as per scope to meet specific KPIs.
  • Support the delivery of procurement services into the business and maintain a proactive working attitude towards clients/users.
  • Monitor process adherence across work perimeter and escalate concerns as needed.
  • Coordinate/support junior professionals in following processes and problem-solving.
  • Understand procure-to-pay (P2P) processes and identify, report, and participate in process improvements implementation.

Accountabilities:

  • Oversee and lead team members by providing clear guidance, setting expectations, coordinating tasks, and offering support to achieve established objectives (if applicable).
  • Perform daily activities properly and timely in accordance with procedures and KPI targets.
  • Be responsive to local stakeholders in solving day-to-day activities and demonstrate knowledge of processes and procedures relevant to the function.
  • Accountable for process compliance within the work perimeter and provide subject matter expertise to other team members as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proactively share knowledge on procure-to-pay (P2P) and service delivery procedures with other team members.
  • Act in alignment with overall procurement policies and processes.
