Are you a leader with a passion for empowering youth? We are looking for an exceptional Area Head to join our team.This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young people from low-income households. As an Area Head, you will be responsible for planning and implementing outreach activities, assessing youth, delivering quality training, networking with employers, and administering the center.The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will also be able to strategize and plan the livelihood skilling program (GROW Youth) and strive to make the center a model of excellence for the industry.The role involves:
  1. Establishing the center to serve youth and creating awareness in the community about the center's mission and objectives.
  2. Planning and implementing outreach activities, assessing youth, ensuring quality training delivery, networking with employers, and administering the center.
  3. Preparing quarterly budgets and executing plans to ensure economic viability and institutional feasibility.
  4. Strategizing an outreach plan to create awareness in the community and ensuring execution of all outreach activities to achieve maximum enrolments at the center.
  5. Engaging with agencies to manage outreach implementation and mobilization activities as required.
  6. Leading counselling sessions for Youth to identify their aspirations and expectations and complete the enrolment process.
  7. Executing training activities at the center as per the training calendar.
  8. Monitoring training activities to ensure quality training to youth.
  9. Collecting feedback from aspirants periodically to improve training quality and center upkeep.
  10. Evaluating pre and post-assessment processes for aspirants to provide them with suitable job opportunities.
  11. Connecting with local employers, building rapport, and converting them into panel employers to ensure continuous job opportunities for aspirants.
  12. Reviewing trainer and Center associate performance, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
  13. Cultivating Center associates to ensure smooth functioning of the center.
  14. Maintaining connections with placed aspirants, ensuring post-placement follow-up.
  15. Updating relevant information like youth enrolment, fee collection, placements on the IT platform.
  16. Maintaining center branding and upkeep according to guidelines from HQ.
  17. Participating in hiring and selection processes of CAs & Trainers.
